Mark description

The mark consists of a red concentric circular design with a white outline of a red inner circle wherein the words "BROOKLYN CANNOLI" appear in white on the outside of the inner circle in the upper portion. The word "COMPANY" appears in white below the circle. Inside the circular design appears the design of a male chef in white with black stylization wearing a hat, uniform, bow tie, and holding a cloth on his right arm. Two black circles outlined in white appear on to the right and left of the inner circle with the chef design. Also inside the circular design is the wording "FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOURS" in white above the chef's hat. Outside the circular design are two horizontally extending tabs in red, with black and white stylization, shaped like the ends of a ribbon, which display the phrase "SINCE 1995" in white on the right side and the left side. The circle and tab design is outlined in black. Other than as previously described, the white background, the black border around the right, left, and bottom of the drawing, and the rectangular black shading surrounding the right, left, top, and bottom portion of the mark is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
