Mark description

The mark consists of the words "Cat's Paw Winery" in black in stylized cursive script positioned over a depiction of an orange and gold tabby cat: seated, with ears erect, eyes closed, facing left, its body supported in a slightly hunched upright position by its front left leg and paw; its tail, positioned against the cat's body and on the level upon which the cat is depicted to sit, curving upwards and to the right for the final third of its length; its pink tongue/lips are slightly stained purple; a black wine bottle, supported by the cat's front right paw at its neck in burgandy, is tipped approximately 10 degrees from the vertical, its neck terminating at the cat's pink mouth, and contains a cream colored label depicting the foregoing description of a Cat's Paw Winery bottle being injested by a seated orange and gold tabby cat as if in an infinite series. The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
