Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle with a gold colored cap; across the front of the bottle there is a stylized design comprising two gold letter "R"s in mirror image; the design formed by the letter "R"s act as a window through which a drawn design of a male figure dressed in historical costume can be seen, rendered in black lining; below this design is a blue rectangular label upon which the word "REVANCHE" is written in gold letters; below this the wording "COGNAC" is written in gold letters; below this wording is a design of a blue heraldic shield divided diagonally with a gold "R" design on the top and the letters "BH" in gold on the bottom; the shield is supported on both sides by gold lions and there is a gold crown above the shield; to the left of the shield design is the wording "DEPUIS" in white and to the right of the shield design is the date "1887" in white; beneath this design is the wording "PRODUCT AND BOTTLED IN COGNAC FRANCE" in gold letters; the broken lines depicting the overall shape of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark; the depiction of liquid inside of the bottle is not a feature of the mark.
