The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of trade dress comprised of a first rectangular prism in red, white and brown located on top of a second narrower rectangular prism in gray and located on top of a third rectangular prism in brown that is wider than the first and second rectangular prisms, and having a top surface in gray that extends slightly beyond the sides of the third prism. The rectangular shape of the first rectangular prism, the second narrower rectangular prism, and the third rectangular prism is depicted in broken lines and not claimed as a feature of the mark and are intended to show positioning only. The design of a tree in white extends from the front face of the first rectangular prism. The gray color on the tree design is not claimed as part of the mark and is intended to show depth only. The color of the front face of the first rectangular prism on the left hand side of the tree design is red, and on the right hand side, is brown. The color of the sides of the first rectangular prism is red. The three-dimensional words "REDWOOD APARTMENT NEIGHBORHOODS" in stylized font in white are located on the right hand side of the tree design, and extend from the front face of the first rectangular prism.
