Mark description

The mark consists of a circle which has the stylized wording "THE NATIONAL CANNABIS POLICY SUMMIT" contained mostly within its borders. The interior of the circle is primarily colored black, but it also has a thin white and grey border around its black center/interior. In turn, this white and grey border is bordered, itself, by a thicker blue outermost border that encircles the entire circle carrier. A stylized black, grey, and white design of the U.S. Capitol dome appears at the top center of the circle carrier, extending past its uppermost edge, and two white lightning bolts arc down from the Capitol dome design, on either side of it, located within the black interior portion of the circle carrier. Below where these two lightning bolts arc down are two five-pointed, red stars that are bordered in white, one on each side of the Capitol dome design. Underneath Capitol dome design, lightning bolts, and red-and-white stars, is an incomplete, white, rectangle with rounded corners, which has a black interior and the white, stylized and vertically stacked wording "THE NATIONAL" within it. Underneath this wording and extending slightly past the left and right edges of the circle carrier, is the red, white, and black stylized wording "CANNABIS". And underneath this, at the bottom of the circle carrier and extending slightly past the left and right edges of it, is another white rectangle having rounded corners and an interior colored black. Within this lower rectangle is the white, stylized wording "POLICY SUMMIT". The unenclosed white space in the mark drawing, which has not previously been referenced, is background only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
