TOM PETTY HEARTBREAKERS

Mark description

The mark consist of a heart with a dark outline and a dark lightning symbol extending from the middle of the top of the heart to the center of the heart. Two slivers appear near the top of the heart, one on the left and one on the right. A guitar is shown piercing the heart, starting in front of and below and to the right of the heart, piercing the heart in its center, slightly below the bottom of the lightning symbol, and reemerging from behind the heart to extend above and to the left of the heart, such that the body of the guitar and the frets nearest the body are shown in front of and below and to the right of the heart, and the headstock of the guitar and the frets nearest the headstock are shown above and to the left of the heart. There is a dark outline around the guitar and the guitar contains shading. The body and headstock of the guitar are both triangular, with the body also having a triangular cut-out at the end. A ribbon extends out from behind the heart on the left and right sides. On each side, the ribbon curls inward to cover a small portion of the heart and then curls outward and displays wording and then curls inward behind the portion of the ribbon that contains wording and then extends above and outward after it emerges from behind the portion of the ribbon that contains wording. The ribbon has a dark outline. The portions of the ribbon that display wording contain dark bands with light colored letters. The portion of the ribbon that contains wording to the left of the heart contains the words "TOM PETTY" and the portion of the ribbon that contains wording to the right of the heart contains the word "HEARTBREAKERS". At each end, the ribbon ends in two points.
