Mark description

The mark consists of the words "CARLO'S PIZZA" in black and curving around the bottom of a design consisting of a black circle, in the center of which is the fanciful representation of a black-outlined cook with a light tan face and hands, black mustache, eyes, and eyebrows, and wearing a chef's hat of black and white and white uniform with black buttons, with a white towel with black outlines draped over the cook's left arm, and a red kerchief with black outline around the cook's neck, and his right arm holding up and spinning an orange-brown fanciful representation of a pizza, with a partial background of green on the left side of the circle and red on the right side, with the words "THE ORIGINAL" in red with a black outline on the top left of the drawing slightly overlapping the cook's hat, with the words "SINCE 1980" in smaller black print below. Except as described, white in the mark represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not otherwise claimed as a feature of the mark.
