Mark description

The mark consists of the trade dress of the front and back panels of the product packaging. The wording "¿FUMA? NEGRA!" in black, stylized characters outlined in white appears on the top part of the front and back of the packaging. Below it, on the top, right side of the front and back of the packaging appears the phrase "36'' INCHES OF PARTY" in black, stylized characters. The entirety of the mark appears against a background consisting of three vertical rectangles, red, yellow and green, parallel to each other.
