Mark description

The mark consists of a white diamond above a white ornamental plant pattern above the stylized white wording "RUBIN ROT". Below this wording are two white concentric circles with the outer circle having irregular edges at left and right sides with the stylized white letter "A" inside of the inner circle on a background of ruby with light rays in light purple. The stylized white wording "BREWED FROM MALT AND AYAMURASAKI" is written around the top of the circles and the stylized purple wording "HOPPY BRAND" and five purple Japanese characters are respectively written at the top and bottom of the outer circle. Below the circles is a white ornamental plant pattern. Behind all of the foregoing is a partially shaded purple circle with the unshaded portion appearing as an ornamental plant pattern. All of the foregoing on a gradient rectangular background gradually changing from ruby in the center to purple on the edges. To the right of that rectangle a smaller purple rectangle.
