Mark description

The mark consists of a large stylized design of a foxglove root plant with a brown stem, green leaves and red circular fruit centered among the yellow rectangular background with a gold border. The center of the mark consists of five Chinese stylized characters in black font with gold borders. Below the five Chinese stylized characters within the yellow rectangle is a white rectangle with a black border. The rectangle consists of two stylized Chinese characters in black font in the upper left hand corner. The top portion of the white rectangle contains the phrase "DI HUANG" in Latin characters in black font. The remaining portion of the white rectangle contains a small picture of a foxglove root plant consisting of a golden-brown stem, green and brown leaves and red flower buds. On the left side of the larger yellow rectangle are Chinese stylized characters in red font between red brackets. To the upper right side of the larger yellow rectangle are two large Chinese stylized characters in black font with grey borders, and below those two characters and to the right of the five large black and gold Chinese characters in the center of the yellow rectangle are seven smaller Chinese characters in black font with grey borders. The entire image has a brown border with a beige floral print.
