Mark description

The mark consists of a light yellow background. At the top appears a small yellow square with red, yellow, and white borders inside of which appears a red, yellow, and green rose design below which appears the stylized wording "DE LA ROSA" in red stylized letters. Below the yellow square appears a pink oval with a dark blue border inside of which appears the wording "MALVAVISCOS BIANCHI MARSHMALLOWS". The word "MALVAVISCOS" appears in white stylized letters with a dark blue border, the word "BIANCHI" appears in white stylized letters with blue highlighting and a hot pink border, and the word "MARSHMALLOWS" appears in white stylized letters with a dark blue border. The cartoon person is carrying a white stylized marshmallow with pink shading and a dark blue outline. Behind the oval and the cartoon person are several curved pink and blue lines. Below the pink oval appears a blue banner with a partial yellow and pink outer border. Across the banner appears the word "ENROLLADOS" in yellow stylized letters with a hot pink outer border. Below the blue banner appears a large oval area with a white, yellow, blue and pink outer border. Overlapping this oval appears a white and blue cartoon style person with blue features, and wrapped in yellow, pink and blue marshmallow cords. The blue and pink cords extend over the person's head, and yellow, pink, and white cords extend to the right side of the person. The grey interior of the large oval, and the dotted lines outlining this oval and partially outlining the cartoon figure represent a transparent area not claimed as part of the mark. At the bottom of the design appear two horizontal lines, one blue and one pink.
