Mark description

The mark consists of a bottle label. At the top of the label is a centered gold cup with black outlining, with a snake as stem of the cup. Centered on the bottom of the label is a shaded orange colored oval. Within the circle is a symbol with a circle and cross, beneath which is the wording "NONINO" above the curved wording "DAL 1897", all in black coloring. On either side of the orange circle are curved wreath designs in blue and yellow that curve towards a red colored ovals, the left containing two black horizontal brace designs. Two additional wreath designs, in blue and yellow coloring, curve toward the cup design at the top of the label. All the forgoing surrounded by a black outline. Within the wreath design, under the cup is the wording "QUINTESSENTIA" in a yellow font outlined with black, above the wording "PRODUCT OF ITALY", both in a curved font. Next, under the "PRODUCT OF ITALY" wording, in a stacked form is the wording "DISTILLED SPIRITS SPECIALTY", "AMARO", "NONINO", "NONINO ESSENZE", "SEDE E STABILIMENTO", "PERCOTO - UDINE", "ITALIA", with a dot on either side of the word "ITALIA", and stylized line under the word "ITALIA", all in a black. The inner portion of the label appearing on a light aquamarine oval shaped background. Where not otherwise claimed, all the forgoing appearing on a transparent white background that is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
