Mark description

The mark consists of product packaging in the nature of a box design divided into five panels consisting of the following: first panel consists of a small white trapezoid flap; top quarter of the second panel from left contains unique geographic swirls, resembling paisley, consisting of the colors blue, green, and white. The bottom three quarters of the second panel from the left, which will form the back of the box, consists of the words "one cute CHICK" in white in the center of the panel, with "one cute" in small case and "CHICK" in capital letters, a curved pattern consisting of six (6) small white circles immediately to the left of the word "one", a white butterfly to the upper left of the that curved pattern, and a curved pattern consisting of 6 small white circles immediately to the right of the word "CHICK" all of which is on a blue background. The third panel from the left, consists of a top quarter all in blue, the lower three-quarters consists of unique geographic swirls, resembling paisley, consisting of the colors blue, green, and white. There is a small section of the color blue directly beneath the unique geographic swirls on that panel. The fourth panel from the left will form the front of the box and consists of an entirely blue background, and consists of a top quarter which, when folded, will form the top of the front of the box, containing the words "MAUD BORUP ESTABLISHED 1907" in white with "MAUD BORUP" being in a stylized cursive font in white capital letters with a white bar on top and below of the words "MAUD" and "BORUP" running along the length of both words. Resting on top of the "B" in the word "BORUP" is a white crown with five points in the crown. Immediately above that crown is the word "ESTABLISHED" in capital white letters in a curved design and directly below the "B" in the word "BORUP" is the number "1907" in a white cursive stylized font. Below the words "MAUD BORUP ESTABLISHED 1907" in white capital letters is the phrase "1 PAIR FITS LADIES SHOE SIZE 6-11". Directly below that phrase is an elongated oval cutout which will allow viewing into the contents of the box. The color white of the oval cutout represents transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the oval cutout. Directly below that elongated oval in white capital font is the phrase "SOCK & MARSHMALLOW CHICKS". Directly to the left of the phrase "SOCK & MARSHMALLOW CHICKS" is a daisy flower consisting of six yellow petals surrounding a white circle. Directly to the right of the phrase "SOCKS & MARSHMALLOW CHICKS" are two more daisy flowers with one slightly above the other. That top daisy consists of six yellow petals surrounding a white circle. The final panel, fifth from the left, consists of the top quarter in the color blue, while the lower three-quarters consists of unique geographic swirls, resembling paisley, consisting of the colors blue, green, and white, and a small section of the color blue directly beneath the unique geographic swirls on that panel.
