Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle comprising a rounded dome shape below a cylindrical neck and above a generally rectangular body. The shape of the cylindrical neck and the shape of the generally rectangular body are not claimed as parts of the mark and appear in broken lines. The bottle is green in color, with the neck portion covered entirely by an brown label with the word "CARBONELL" appearing in white and the wording "SINCE 1866" appearing in gold directly below "CARBONELL" on the lower portion of the label. A generally rectangular label with a rounded top appears on the face of the bottle. The label is beige in color at the bottom, shading to brown at the top, and bordered in gold. The middle of the label contains a red flattened heart shape design, bordered in gold, with the stylized wording "CARBONELL SINCE 1866" within, the word "CARBONELL" in white, and the wording "SINCE 1866" in gold immediately below. Above the flattened heart is the stylized design of a woman wearing white dress, a red shawl, a gold peineta and a yellow flower with a green leaf in her hair. The woman's arms are above her head, and her left hand is holding a green little branch of olive tree. The woman's skin is beige and her hair is brown. Below the flattened heart, on the beige portion of the label, appear gold curved and concentric thin lines, with the uppermost curved line thicker. In the border formed between the uppermost curved line and the bottom of the flattened heart appears an olive cluster comprised of two green olives and three green and dark green leaves, with brown stems. To the left of the olive cluster is the stylized word "ESTABLISHED" in gold and to the right is the stylized wording "IN CORDOBA" in gold.
