CALIDAD BRAND

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized word "CALIDAD" above the smaller stylized word "BRAND". The letters in "CALIDAD" are all red and outlined in the colors yellow, green and white. The letters in "BRAND" are green. "CALIDAD" is superimposed across the center of a yellow diamond that is trimmed in a green and yellow border. The word "BRAND" is centered below "CALIDAD" on the yellow diamond. Centered above "CALIDAD" and superimposed near the top of the diamond is a design depicting a Mexican female and male in red and white with the man wearing a red sombrero. Behind the center of the entire mark is a rectangular bar comprising a green shaded rectangle in the center of the bar. Along the edges, above and below the shaded rectangle, are narrow white rectangles trimmed in red each featuring a repeat red and white wave-like pattern design.
