The central circle has an even scales of justice in black underscored by a set of shaking hands in black wherein one hand shows only four fingers and no thumb and the other hand shows just a thumb. To the immediate right of the hands are three mountains in black. This is all on a light blue background. To the immediate right of the circle are the words "NATIONAL REAL ESTATE" on top in light blue letters and "ETHICS DAY" in dark blue letters underneath.
