Mark description

The mark consists of the words "The" and "Old" in black, and the number "97" in gold and black, inside an oval colored in gold and black with a white sunburst design in the background thereof, above the words "Kettlecorn Co." in white and outlined in light gold, which is above the words "Spencer" and "North Carolina" in gold. Appearing just above the oval containing the wording "The Old 97" is a train depicted in the colors gray, black and white, with white markings on the side thereof used to indicate that the train moving. The background behind the train is gold and features a white sunburst design therein. Appearing just above the train are seven pieces of popcorn colored in white, gold and light gold and outlined in black. The wording and associated design are encompassed by a carrier with black and white bordering which features two black curled line designs on the exterior thereof, and located on either side of the stylized wording "Co." is a white curled line design. Finally, in between the wording "Spencer" and "North Carolina" appears a small gold circle.
