Mark description

The mark consists of a large background in the design of a semi-circle in red, with dots evenly spaced therein in light red. Underneath and touching the semi-circle is a banner in the design of a ribbon in white and outlined in red. Inside the center of the banner is the word "THE" in red. Below this word is the term "WIENERY" in red. In front the semi-circle and behind the banner in the design of a ribbon is the design of a rubber ketchup bottle. To the right is the design of a hot dog inside a bun. To the right is the design of a rubber mustard bottle. The rubber ketchup bottle is in red and outlined in black, except for the bottom of the bottle. The cap is in red and with vertical black lines. The rubber ketchup bottle has a face with black eyes and a black mouth inside of which is a tongue in red, all outlined in black. The rest of the inside of the mouth is in black. The design of the hot dog is in brown and outlined in black, except the bottom of the hot dog. The hot dog has the design of hair in black, beneath of which are designs of eyelashes in black. Beneath the eyelashes are eyes outlined in black. The design of eyelids are in brown and outlined in black. Beneath is the design of a nose in black. Beneath is the design of a mouth outlined in black, with a black line separating the top teeth from the bottom teeth. The teeth are in white. The hot dog is in the design of a bun, which is in light brown and outlined in black, except for the bottom of the bun. To the right is the design of a rubber mustard bottle in yellow and outlined in black, except the bottom of the bottle. The bottom of the cap is in yellow with black vertical lines. The rubber yellow bottle has a face, with the designs of the eyes in black, beneath of which is the design of a mouth outlined in black. Inside the mouth is the design of a tongue in yellow and otherwise black. At the center bottom of the mark is the design of a bun in light brown, a hot dog in red inside the bun, and mustard in yellow on top of the hot dog in the bun. The hot dog and bun are outlined in black. To the left of the hot dog is the term "EST." in red. To the right of the hot dog is the term "2012" in red.
