Mark description

The mark consists of a black representation of the State of California inside of a red square with rounded corners. To the right of the state is the wording "FISCALINI" in black with the "CA" in "FISCALINI" appearing in red. The term appears on a white banner with red stripes on the upper and lower edges and black shadowing. Above the banner is a white grazing cow beneath red stylized clouds outlined in white. Beneath the banner is the white wording "CHEESE COMPANY" above the white wording "FARMSTEAD SINCE 1914". In the center of the mark, "CA CRAFT BEER CHEDDAR" is written in white within a broken white border. "CA" appears next to "CRAFT BEER" which appears above "CHEDAR". Beneath is the white "Handcrafted with Imperial Stout". In the bottom right of the state appears the white wording "From cows not treated with rBST*". At the bottom center, in the red background, appears the red wording, "NET WT 6 OZ (170 g)". The remaining white in the mark merely serves as background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
