Mark description

The mark consists of a label for the goods featuring a grey rectangle which top and bottom sides are slightly curved and has a thin green line inside. Inside the green line appears a brown rectangle of which the top side is curved. Inside the wording "RON DEL BARRILITO" appears in stylized gold letters over the over "BRAND" in gold stylized letters and over the words "RESERVA SUPREMA" on stylized gold letters. Below the words, a white and black cherub standing with its legs spread out behind a white and black wood barrel with gold details which covers the central part of its body. The left arm of the cherub is lifted and with its left hand the cherub is holding a white and black glass. The cherub appears over a figurative design of a black and white cloud and many white stars and dots. On the left side of the cherub appears a gold stylized letter "P" followed by a gold period and on the right side of the cherub appears a gold stylized letter "F" with a gold period. The letter "P" and "F" are inside a white curved plant. To the left of the letter "P" and to the right of the letter "F" appears small white plants with flowers and leafs and curved branches with leafs. The design appears in white, except the letters P and F and the barrel details. On the second bottom brown rectangle, appears the wording "PRIMERA EDICION" in brown enclosed by two dots appear in brown stylized letters over two brown thin side by side horizontal lines over the wording "EDMUNDO B.
