Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a black and brown transparent bottle and a white label. In the center of the label there is a black oval outlined in gray and inside there is a depiction of a white mustache over the word "VOGLIA" in white letters, where the letters "VOG" are bigger and the letters "LIA" are smaller and at the upper right side. Below the letters "LIA" is the word "HOMBRE" also in white letters. Below this there is a double gray horizontal line and at the bottom of the oval there is another double gray horizontal line with a vertical gray line from the horizontal line to the bottom. At the left side and at the right side of the oval there is a part of a gray banner. There is a single gray line running the length of the white label at the top and bottom of the label. The remaining white represents background or transparency only. The broken lines depicting the pump and cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
