Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized image of a human eye in white with black outlines and gray shading, with a black pupil and a brown and yellow iris, and an orange triangle extending diagonally upward and to the left from the center of the pupil with a white translucent circle extending over part of the orange triangle, the iris and the pupil; the upper eyelid is black, and the right half of it ends in a left-facing black arrow; above the eye is an arch formed of yellow dots; the pupil of the eye is surrounded by a large orange "O" which forms the first letter of the words "ONE SEC", with the other letters in black; the words "FILM FESTIVAL" are in yellow along the lower edge of the eye; all of the foregoing is set against an orange background with the same shape as the eye and behind the wording "FILM FESTIVAL" with translucent white bubbles on it.
