Mark description

The mark consists of a label which goes around a container, which consists of a banner at the top with the words "STEAM BREWED" three times, separated by dots, and the word "STEAMWORKS" in larger letters appearing twice under the banner, with "STEAM" above "WORKS" each time. Below the word "STEAMWORKS" on the left, but in front of and partially obscuring the letters "W" and "O", is a fanciful steam-powered clock which resembles a balloon. To the right of and below the clock is an angel wearing goggles and holding a large bottle. In front of the angel is a banner with the words "RETURN FOR REDEMPTION". To the right of the angel is the phrase "www.Steamworks.com" in script and appearing vertically. Below the word "STEAMWORKS" on the right is a large airplane flying upward, with a cloud of steam behind the plane. Just above the plane but below the word "STEAMWORKS" are the words "YVR SESSION IPA". To the left of the airplane are two fanciful helicopters shaped like beer kegs. Below the airplane on the ground are several buildings next to a road or airstrip, with mountains and large bottles in the background. One of the buildings has a beer barrel-shaped tower, which appears to be a fanciful air control tower. To the right, and flying at a lower altitude, is a beer keg-shaped helicopter.
