Mark description

The mark consists of a label which goes around a container, which consists of a banner at the top with the words "STEAM BREWED" three times, separated by dots, and the word "STEAMWORKS" in larger letters appearing twice under the banner, with "STEAM" above "WORKS" each time. Below the words "STEAMWORKS" on the left, but in front of and partially obscuring the letters "O" and "R" in "WORKS", is a fanciful steam-powered clock which resembles a balloon. To the left of the clock is "www.Steamworks.com" in script. A cloud and stars are to the right of the clock-balloon. Below the cloud is the phrase "Fly me to the moon let me brew among the stars" in script. Below the word "STEAM WORKS" on the right, a winged cherub wearing gloves and goggles sits atop an old-fashioned chain watch, with stars above the watch. The watch face has Roman numerals and its inner gears are exposed and visible. The watch's left side is covered by a fanciful crescent moon with a human face. Below the watch is the phrase "Blue skies at night, steam-brewer's delight" in script. To the right of the watch are the words "WINTER LAGER" and below these words is a winged cherub wearing goggles and gloves.
