Mark description

The mark consists of the central image of a smiling red and light blue crab with a white smile, black, white and red eyes, and black outlining, wearing a white, gold, and black ship captain's hat, all against a light blue background inside a brown and gold ship steering wheel with black outlining. The steering wheel is cut off at the bottom by the stylized phrase "EL CAPITAN" in blue, with a white and black outline, in the shape of an arc and stretches from the left-side to the right-side of the image. On the Left-side of the image, is the stylized word "MARISCOS" written in a blue cursive font, outlined in light blue and white. "MARISCOS" starts from the left side of the image, moves toward the steering wheel, then curves up over the steering wheel, and ends before the halfway mark of the image. On the right side of the image just to the right of the steering wheel is a grey and black anchor with a brown and black rope twisting around it. Below "EL CAPITAN" is the phrase "EL PATRÓN DE LOS MARISCOS" in light blue with black shading, written in all caps, and written straight across between the "E" and "N" of "EL CAPITAN". All other instances of the color white in the mark represent background and/or transparent areas only and are not claimed as features of the mark.
