Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging in the form of a fragrance bottle. The bottle consists of a rectangular prism shaped bottle with a cylindrical shaped bottle top; the sides of the bottle and the top are gold and the bottle top has a thin horizontal black band. The upward facing portion of the top is colored in a black and grey marble design. The front facing portion of the top is gold with a black indented ring one-third of the way down from the top. The right and upward facing rectangles of the bottle feature are colored in gold. The forward facing rectangle of the bottle is colored in black and gold with a gold lip outline and contains five black overlapped playing cards. Each playing card is outlined in gold with the center portions in black. The top playing card, which is the right-most card, contains a gold "A" in the top left corner with a gold club shape directly beneath and an enlarged gold club design in the middle of the card with a black circle in the middle of the club design outlined in gold. The second playing card contains a gold "K" in the top left corner with a gold club shape directly beneath. The third playing card contains a gold "Q" in the top left corner with a gold club shape directly beneath. The fourth playing card contains a gold "J" in the top left corner with a gold club shape directly beneath. The fifth playing card contains a gold "10" in the top left corner with a gold club shape directly beneath. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and bottle top indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
