Mark description

The mark consists of a white label design that includes as a central element an oval design with colored borders of green, gray, red, grey, green and gray from the outer portion to the inner portion of the oval outline, the red border being thicker and containing across the top from left to right the white wording "PRODUCTO DE PORTUGAL" and "PRODUCT OF PORTUGAL", respectively, between white dots, and the white wording "CERVEZA", "BEER", two Chinese characters, and "BIER" across the bottom from left to right, also respectively between white dots, and with a gray line extending from the outer lower dots. Within the oval element from top to bottom is a red cross within a green shield, with gray and green horizontal lines around the lower portion of the shield, and which is shown above the red wording "CERVEJA" above the red wording "PORTUGUESA" above the gold wording "BY" above the gold wording "CORAL", the word "PORTUGUESA" being largest and prominently show horizontally across the middle of the design and superimposed over and extending beyond the oval into left and right label flaps. The red wording "CERVEJA" and "PORTUGUESA" both have gray outlining that provide a shadowing effect. Gold horizontal lines extend to the left and to right of the word "BY" and there is a gold horizontal line below the word "CORAL". At the bottom of the oval beneath the wording is a gray decorative hops and wheat design. The white label design is comprised of thick gray horizontal lines. The color black in the mark, which represents background to the mark only is not part of the mark and therefore is not claimed.
