Mark description

The mark consists of an array of gold and red designs forming the appearance of an awning panel across three quarters of the top with a white oblong shape outlined in red in front thereof in which appears the red colored wording "SINCE 1916" above the green colored wording "NATHAN'S" with the wording "FAMOUS" appearing in white inside a green band that extends below the wording "NATHAN'S" from the letter "S" in "NATHAN'S", underneath which is an image of a frankfurter in salmon inside of an image of a bun in shades of gold and orange, behind from which emanates a two-toned green starburst pattern extending below and to the right of the awning design, with a gold shield outlined in red in the upper-right quadrant partly covering the awning, frankfurter, and starburst shapes inside of which appears the wording, from top to bottom "THE ORIGINAL" in red over "NATHAN'S" in green with the wording "FAMOUS" appearing in white inside a green band that extends below the wording "NATHAN'S" over "FOR OVER" in red over "100" in red over "YEARS" in red with a green ribbon appearing on either side of "YEARS."
