Mark description

The mark consists of the three words on the very top "Y BARK ALONE" in white lettering that is shaded in gray in order to make the letters appear to be three-dimensional. They are all capitalized letters. All of the letters are the same size and aligns in the upper-center of the service mark. The words "Y BARK ALONE" are meant to be in the blue sky with the yellow colored sun colored yellow in the middle background. There are nine black colored black paw prints that are placed sporadically underneath the words "DAYCARE" and "&". One black paw print is located right under the lower left tip of the "D" in "DAYCARE". The other eight black paw prints are spread out underneath the other letters in "DAYCARE" and "&". The letters in "GROOMING" are the same size as the letters in the words "DOGGY DAYCARE &". The letters in the word "GROOMING" are all the same size lettering and all capitalized. The "G" in "GROOMING" aligns below the "N" in "ALONE" but not directly underneath and aligns ever so slightly to the right. The "R" in "GROOMING" aligns below the "E" in "ALONE" but not directly underneath and ever so slightly to the right. He has a black patch over his right eye and has a big smile on his face. The rest of his body is a darker brown color. The dog has a beige colored belly with tan colored dots on both paws. The dog is placed in the blue sky with the yellow sunshine in the background. In the second row of the pyramid shape are two dogs. The dog on the left has both paws high up in the air that shows extreme excitement. His mouth is open as if he is cheering. His face is a mix of yellow and beige color. He has a black patch on his right eye and his eye color is blue. His arms are a mixture of orange and brown color. The dog has a white colored belly and beige colored dots on both paws. The dog on the right side of the second row has both paws in the air, but not as high as the dog's paws on the left side. His body and upper face is a mixture of brown and red color. It has a wide smile and green eyes. The dog on the right is a mix of orange and brown colored fur. He has a concerned look on his face and wide open eyes. The dogs with their paws in the air have gray toes.
