Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with a cap at the top of a neck, the wording "MARTINI E ROSSI" in silver font on a label on the neck. The label features vertical red and blue striping, and also horizontal silver bordering. There is a shoulder of the bottle below the neck. The wording "- ITALIA -" etched into the bottle near the bottom of the shoulder. The bottle narrows from the shoulder to near the base, and then the bottle broadens at the base portion, the wording "FONDATA NEL 1863" etched into the bottle near the top of the base, the bottle having above its center a large transparent disk with a red disk in its center, a space for a label being located between the large disk and the wording "FONDATA NEL 1863". The broken lines depicting the exterior shape of the bottle and the bottle cap indicate placement of the aforementioned elements on the goods and are not part of the mark.
