Mark description

The mark consists of the words "assure point" written in dark letters against a contrasting light background. The word "assure" is written above the word "point". The word "point" is centered under the word "assure" and both words are in all lower case. Directly to the left of the words "assure point" a thin vertical line extends from above the word "assure" to below the word "point". To the left of this vertical line, is a dark teardrop shape, the same shade as the letters comprising the words "assure point". The point of the tear drop is oriented to approximately 135 degrees, or ESE. Centered within the teardrop is a stylized lower case letter "p" in a contrasting lighter shade, the stem pf the "p" penetrating the tear drop. The loop of the stylized "p" is a circle in a shade lighter than the teardrop but darker than the "p". The same shade is also used for the dot over the letter "i" in the word "point". Together these design elements create the impression of the letters "a" and "p", reflecting the initial letters of the word elements, with the letter "a" represented in a highly stylized fashion by the teardrop.
