CHIVAS REGAL MIZUNARA

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional representation of an alcoholic beverage bottle. The upper portion of the bottle consists of a blue-green colored neck, with the upper portion of the neck containing a repeating pattern of stylized leaves, and the lower portion of the neck consisting of a solid blue-green band with upper and lower horizontal golden lines. Centered between the gold lines is a gold colored heart-shaped shield. Below the neck portion, and at the top of the body portion of the bottle, appears the depiction of a heart shaped shield embossed into the glass forming the bottle. Below that wording appears a label consisting of a white-colored crest design with gray outlining. At the upper portion of the crest appears the wording "CHIVAS REGAL" in blue-green, located within a white ribbon-like banner with a gray outline. A smaller blue-green colored ribbon-like banner appears immediately below, containing the wording "MIZUNARA" appearing gold lettering. Below the blue-green banner appears an oval outlined in gray and gold, consisting of vertical and horizontal lines. In the center of the oval appears a stylized flower in gold and gray. Below the oval design appears a white ribbon-like banner outlined in gray. The entire label design is superimposed over two gray-colored crossed spears with flag banners at the top. At the top of the shield, and centered between the spears, appears a coat of arms outlined in the color gray, showing a man in armor holding a sword and riding a horse. Below the entire crest label, at the bottom of the bottle, appears a rectangular blue-green strip with gold upper and lower borders. The dotted outline of the bottle is not part of the mark, but merely serves to show the position of the mark on the goods. The color amber appearing in the bottle design is intended to depict liquid within the bottle, and is not a part of the mark.
