Mark description

The mark consists of a seal design with a stylized outer blue edge, a gold circle with stylized white lines just inside the outer blue circle, a second blue circle inside the gold circle, and a brown circle inside the second blue circle. A white circle outlined in blue and again outlined in white appears on the left and right sides of the second blue circle. The bottom of the brown circle includes a flat brown with a stylized dock design in brown and outlined in black extending from the flat brown portion of the bottom of the brown circle. Behind and to the sides of the dock design is a stylized water design in blue and white. The area above the dock and water design inside the brown circle fades from blue to white and then back to blue again at the top of the inside portion of the brown circle. The word "ULTIMATE" in white font appears inside the top portion of the second blue circle. The wording "DOCK &" in stylized blue font outlined in white appears above the wording "PIER PRODUCTS" in stylized blue font outlined in white superimposed over the center of the seal design. A stylized gold banner with gray dashes along the top and bottom is superimposed over the bottom of the seal design and the word "QUALITY" in stylized blue font is in the banner.
