The mark consists of a three-dimensional packaging box for the goods on the packaging, the background of the top of which is red. In the center of the top of the box is six Chinese characters stacked in two lines in white. To the right of the six Chinese characters is a vertical rectangle in blue with a white Chinese character over the number "20", also in white. One side of the box consists of a rectangle segmented in two rectangles. The upper rectangle includes a dark blue top border, and within the upper rectangle there are blue, tan and black mountains with white clouds in the middle of the mountains. The lower rectangle consists of red background with a light brown top border and a light brown bottom border. In the top light brown border is the phrase "GOOD "20" in black. In the top of the lower rectangle is a picture of a ginseng root in light brown inside a dark brown and tan rectangle. Underneath the picture of the ginseng root appears ten Korean characters in white. Underneath the 10 characters appears "SINCE 1899" in white. Underneath "SINCE 1899" appears numerous non-Latin characters in white in two paragraphs, the first paragraph in Korean and the second paragraph in Chinese. There is a white horizontal line between the two paragraphs. The front of the box consists of a rectangle segmented in two squares. The upper square includes a dark blue top border, and below the border is a drawing of two women, with black hair, wearing traditional Korean clothing. The woman on the left is wearing a red dress with blue accents, green shawl and a yellow scarf. The woman on the right is wearing a red blouse and a white skirt. The women are standing on white clouds and they are surrounded on the left and right with blue and tan mountains. To the lower right of the women appears blue, green, brown, tan and black inter-wound trees. To the upper right of the mountains to the right of the women appear black flying birds and one non-Latin stylized character in tan on a dark blue background connected to the dark blue top border. The lower square consists of red background with a light brown top border and a light brown bottom border. Within the upper light brown border is the number "6" and two small non-Latin characters, a large non-Latin characters, a vertical line, the number "20", then four small non-Latin characters, all in black. In the middle of the lower square is a blue rectangle surrounded on the right and left sides by five equally sized small light brown rectangles, and below the small rectangles is one long light brown rectangle, also on each side. The blue rectangle has a double border lines appearing in dark blue. Within the double border is a dark blue rectangle with a single outside border line. Appearing between the double border lines and the dark blue rectangle is a blue border with designs of dark blue flowers and various intersecting dark blue lines to create the appearance of broken glass. In the center top of the blue border appears two non-Latin characters in light brown. The dark blue rectangle is segmented, from top to bottom, into a top rectangle, a square with a left bordering rectangle, a right bordering rectangle and a bottom rectangle. The top rectangle has three non-Latin characters appearing above three more non-Latin characters, all in light brown. Inside the square appears another light brown square, and inside that square is a non-Latin character in light brown. Below the non-Latin character inside the square are two non-Latin characters with number twenty in light brown. Inside the rectangle bordering the square to the left are four non-Latin characters in light brown appearing vertically. Inside the rectangle bordering the square to the right is the number six in light brown, and below the number six appears two non-Latin characters in light brown appearing vertically. The bottom rectangle inside the border has six non-Latin characters in light brown. Underneath the blue rectangle is the wording "KOREA GINSENG CORP" followed by a design of a flower and leaves, all in light brown. The other side of the box consists of a rectangle segmented in two rectangles. The upper rectangle includes a dark blue top border, and within the upper rectangle there are blue, tan and black mountains with white clouds in the middle of the mountains and two brown deer with white spots under a blue, green, brown and black tree. In the sky over the deer are five cranes. The lower rectangle consists of a red background with a light brown top border and a light brown bottom border. In the top light brown border are non-Latin characters with the number twenty all in black. The back of the box consists of a rectangle segmented in two squares. The upper square includes a dark blue top border and below the border is a drawing of 5 people. An elderly man with a long white beard, wearing a yellow wrap with green accents on the shoulder and white pants is sitting on white clouds with a white fan on his lap, and he is handing a woman kneeing in front of him a piece of yellow ginseng root with green leaves and red flower. The woman receiving the ginseng has black hair and is wearing traditional Korean clothing of a light blue skirt and a white shirt. To the left of the woman receiving the ginseng root is a young boy wearing traditional Korean clothing in in blue and green. They are surrounded by blue, white and tan mountains. Two women are standing behind the elderly man, the woman on the left has black hair and is wearing a blue wrap, a white skirt and a yellow sash. The woman on the right has black hair and is wearing a red wrap, a white and blue skirt and a yellow sash. There is one non-Latin stylized character on a dark blue background connected to the dark blue top border. The lower square consists of a red background with a light brown top border and a light brown bottom border. In the center of the top border is a Chinese character and the number "20" with a vertical line in between. On the left are the number "6" with two Chinese characters. On the right side are four Chinese characters. The middle of the lower square has a seal design surrounded on the right and left sides by five equally sized small light brown rectangles, and below the small rectangles is one long light brown rectangle. The seal design consists of two cables in gold connecting at the top to a circle in white with a red swirl and a blue swirl within the circle, and connecting at the bottom to two stylized ginseng roots with a gold outline next to the number "6" in white and two Korean characters in white. The seal design features four columns of three gold stars, surrounding a gold outlined shield shape in white. Inside the shield shape appears the wording "SINCE 1899" in black and three Korean characters in black and Chinese characters in red. The two cables, the stars, the clouds and the all appear on a dark red background. Below the number "6" is a red banner with a gold outline featuring the wording "KOREAN RED GINSENG" in white. The entire mark appears on a red rectangle background. The bottom of the lower square has six white Chinese characters in two lines. Underneath the Chinese characters is the wording "KGC", four Korean characters and a stylized design of a flower with leaves, all in light brown. The dotted lines in the drawing are only to show placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
