Mark description

The mark consists of the capital letters "Q" and "U" at the center of two concentric circles, with the "Q" slightly overlapping the "U". These concentric circles are surrounded by two larger concentric circles. The first of the two larger concentric circles is thicker and bolder, the second is thinner, like the two innermost concentric circles. Between the two rings of concentric circles, centered at the top is "QU INDUSTRIAL CO." and centered at the bottom is "LOS ANGELES" Two horizontal lines run from the second concentric circle to the third concentric circle, one on line with the top of the "Q" and "U" at the center of the circles and one on line with the bottom of the "Q" and "U" at the center of the circles. On each side, there is a black five pointed star within the two rings of concentric circles and below the uppermost horizontal line and a black five pointed star within the two rings of concentric circles and above the lower horizontal line.
