Mark description

The mark consists of the words "MARSH KETTLES" in black where the stylized characters consist of the capitalized letter "M", the capitalized letters of a smaller font size "ARSH", the capitalized letter "K", the capitalized letters of a smaller font size "ETTLES", whereby the word "MARSH" is disposed above the capitalized letters "ETTLES" in the word "KETTLES" and where the capitalized letter "K" in the word "KETTLES" is located to the left of the word "MARSH" and of a larger font so that the letter "K" rises above the bottom portion of the letter "M" in the word "MARSH". The color(s) red, black, white, yellow, and silver appear in the interior of a red kettle disposed above the word "MARSH" and outlined in a thin white line and further outlined around the thin white line in a thick black line. Flames in shades of yellow are disposed in front of and at the bottom of the kettle spanning upward to the full height of the kettle. Sitting atop of the kettle is a smiling red lobster outlined in black that is wearing an apron of a lighter shade of red. The lobster has upward curling black antennae, white eyes, a white smile and two outstretched arms with the left claw open and facing upward, and the right claw holding a silver wine glass with a clear center.
