Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the wording "BUCKLE BLACK" on the rivets in the upper left and upper right corners of a pentagonal pocket; a groove that is a narrow trapezoidal shape, created by a diagonal opening between two adjoining pieces of fabric, bordered by a stitching design on its two long sides, running on a diagonal in the upper left corner of the pentagonal pocket design, formed by parallel diagonal folds and stitching starting approximately one-fifth of the way down the left side of the pocket and ending approximately one-fifth of the way across the top of the pocket from the left upper corner; and two extra lines of stitching, one starting just below the hem line of the top of the pocket below the right rivet and running horizontally parallel right to left halfway across the pocket, and one starting from the diagonal groove, just inside the inner line of double stitching, and running vertically parallel from the groove to approximately two-thirds of the way down the pocket. The rivets, the top horizontal line of stitching used to secure the top hem of the pocket, the parallel lines of double-needle stitching around the perimeter of the pocket used to hold the pocket onto the pants, and the pentagonal pocket design itself are not claimed as features of the mark.
