Mark description
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the exterior design of a building housing a bar and restaurant where the services are rendered, featuring four vertical support features; horizontal siding of two different widths with a horizontal wavy design feature at the top of the siding between the vertical supports, with the wider siding containing seven portholes of varying diameters, flanking a doorway containing two nautical light fixtures; a row boat and oar above the doorway with the words "Captain Ron" on the side of the rowboat and a mermaid inside the row boat; a set of wavy lines running horizontally from each side of the boat to each end of the building; a ribbon-like banner containing the words "The Galley" above the rowboat; a horizontal wavy design feature hanging down from the roofline; and on the roof, four horizontal planks behind which are a two strands of rope loosely hanging from eight vertical posts, two dorade vents, and one vertical mast with netting. The heavy solid lines depict the mark. The areas marked by broken lines are not part of the mark. The lining is a feature of the mark and does not indicate color, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
