Mark description
The mark consists of a cup and saucer sprinkled with a number of stars. The cup features a latte beverage with foam with curls of steam emanating therefrom. The foam features three small stars that resemble sprinkles on the drink. The cup and saucer are superimposed upon an upright oval shaped dessert plate with three coffee beans on the left side almost directly on center, and two coffee beans on the right side almost directly on center. Stars are sparsely sprinkled over and around the dessert plate. A takeaway cup is superimposed upon the cup and saucer and dessert plate design and features a cup and saucer tilted at a 30 degree angle that is a duplicate of the larger one appearing on the dessert plate. The stylized wording "LATTES ON LOCATION" appears directly beneath the cup and saucer, dessert plate and takeaway cup design. The entire mark appears on a square background that is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
