Mark description

The mark consists of a three dimensional cone shaped design with red vertical stripes with a triangular design, outlined in yellow, with a thin line in yellow running through it at the bottom and a ruffled end shape at the top, comprising red vertical stripes outlined in yellow, bisected from the cone with a red ribbon-shaped closure featuring the literal element "POPCORNOPOLIS" in stylized white font with an outline of a small popcorn above the lower case "I" and a long wavy line from "S" with five dots decreasing in size, going from left to right. The wording "POPCORNOPOLIS" in yellow stylized font with a yellow wavy band underneath, all outlined in red, containing five red dots, appears three times in varying sizes. The same stylized wording "POPCORNOPOLIS" in yellow and outlined in red, or cut-out parts thereof, appears five times in varying sizes. The mark also consists of a red oval in the middle of the cone design, outlined in yellow, with a bolded curved yellow line on the upper part of the oval.
