Mark description

The mark consists of the trade dress of an ambulance, comprised of the letters "AMR" on the side of the ambulance with the "A" in red and the "M" and "R" in dark blue with the design of a star of life symbol consisting of a six-pointed white cross with a rod of Asclepius in dark blue in the center superimposed over the letters "AM." A red horizontal stripe runs across the middle of the ambulance from the front to the back of the ambulance and connects near the back of the ambulance with a portion of an arc in red that extends into the side of a larger four-pointed cross in dark blue with a white outline containing a rod of Asclepius in white located at the back of the ambulance. The wording "AMERICAN MEDICAL RESPONSE" appears within the red stripe in white letters. A gray stripe runs from the upper left side of the four-pointed cross down through the red horizontal stripe to the bottom of the ambulance and across the bottom to the front of the ambulance. The dotted lines depicting the outline of the ambulance, the windows, doors, door handles, lights, and tires indicate placement of the mark on the goods and the functional aspects of these features are not part of the mark.
