Mark description

The mark consists of the color blue applied to the cap for the container. The literal element "COPPERTONE" is in dark blue lettering and it is presented on a white background. Above the letters "COPP" in "COPPERTONE" are two orange concentric arcs depicting the sun. There are white, yellow and light yellow rays emanating from the sun. Below the word "COPPERTONE" is the literal element "SPORT" in white lettering. The letters are outlined and filled in dark blue. The letter "S" is yellow with red and light red bands at the top and bottom, and above the letter "O". Above the word "SPORT" and the stylized letter "S", the background is light blue, and it transitions to blue below them. Below "SPORT" and the stylized letter "S" is an orange ribbon with a light blue, circular-shaped figure positioned to the right. Inside the circular-shaped figure are two white arcs. One of the arcs is positioned at the top and the other at the bottom. Outside and beneath the circular-shaped figure are two white concentric arcs. Below the ribbon and circular-shaped figure, the background color is blue. The dotted lines outlining the container and its cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
