Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized yellow wording "IMPACT" with blue outlining and with a blue and yellow fist separating the "M" and "P", all above the green wording "INSPIRING MINDS PRODUCING ACHIEVEMENT CHARACTER AND TALENT". Emanating from the top of the "C" in "IMPACT" is a stylized red depiction of a young person's profile facing right with red gears in the brain area which is demonstrated by an incomplete oval.
