Mark description

The mark consists of the words "SONRISE PALMS RV PARK" with the "O" in "SUNRISE" consisting of a design of an orange sun rising with approximately seventy-five percent of the sun's disc shown above a black beach design consisting of three connected curving black slashes as if from a continuous single paintbrush stroke, commencing on the right, continuing to the left, then again to the right, each in decreasing length. Two palm trees are shown atop the first slash silhouetted in black against the sun, the left palm tree being larger than the right, and small white clouds appear against the orange disc of the sun. The word "SONRISE" itself, but for the "O" as described above, appears in a stylized font in black. The words "PALMS" appears in the same black stylized font below "SONRISE" commencing below the middle of the "N" in "SONRISE" and extending through approximately eighty percent of the width of the "R" in "SONRISE". Following the word "PALMS" are the words "RV PARK" in gold in the same stylized font but approximately eighty percent of the size of the word "PALMS" commencing under the letter "I" in "SONRISE" and extending through the length of the "E" justified against the right margin. The white background represents a transparent area and is not part of the mark.
