The mark consists of an image with the stylized words "RISING" placed on top of "STAR" which is placed in between two star icons. The first "I" in "RISING" is a baseball bat, the second "I" in rising has a geometrically shaped toy on the bottom and a gear-shaped toy on top representing the dot of the "I". The "N" in "RISING" and the "T" and "R" in "STAR" also contain geometric-shaped toys in the lettering. The "A" in "STAR" has a baseball in the center and an athletic shoe at the base of the left leg. The "R" in "STAR" has a soccer ball in the center. There are four multi-point star shapes surrounding the wording.
