Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "OPTIONEYES, LLC" and design; the lettering "PTIONEYES, LLC" in the wording "OPTIONEYES, LLC" is in black; the design element consists of an elaborate hawk eye which forms the letter "O" in the term "OPTION"; the hawk eye has s black pupil which is surrounded by a yellow iris which gets lighter in color as it approaches the pupil; the yellow pupil outlined in black; below the eye appears a jagged black line which contours with the lower portion of the eye; the upper eyelid black and has four diagonal black feathery extensions which run up and to the left of the iris; there are four small gray elongated triangle shaped areas which extend between the four feathery extensions and appear outside the black portion of the iris; a small irregular shaped rectangle appears in white horizontally across the inner left portion of the iris into the pupil; the white in the drawing represents background which is not part of the mark.
