Mark description

The mark consists of stylized capital letters, superimposed and centered over a banner, spelling the words "HUMBOLDT NATION", with the "H" of "HUMBOLDT" being larger in font than the rest of the letters and having its left side in the shape of a conifer tree. Underneath, the word "DISTRIBUTION" appears in stylized capital letters. The banner is a rectangle with rounded corners on the right, with its left side increasing in size and extending into the shape of Humboldt County, California, with the upper right section of the Humboldt County shape made into the side view of a face with one eye, nose, and open mouth. The county outline contains outlines of two lakes. The "H" and conifer tree, and part of the "U" of "HUMBOLDT" are superimposed over the county shape, and the "H" is also incorporated into the right hand boundary of the county shape. The banner has an outline running inside its circumference which extends to outline the county shape as well. Near the side view of a face, the outline becomes wavy for a short length and appears to be smoke coming from the face's mouth.
