Mark description

The mark consists of a man in caricature form that has a white hat with black outline and a band of red that is right next to the bill of the hat. The character has sideburns that are a dark brown with light brown highlights, his skin is tan in color and has lighter accents in the ears and under his eyes, his eyes are made of black ovals with white centers. There is a black outline around his mouth and his teeth are white. The character is holding his left hand up and is holding refrigerant gauges in his hand, the gauges have a gray hook coming out of the top below the hook are two circles one is outlined in blue and the other in red, both have a needle pointing towards the top of the circle. Out of the bottom the gauges have a blue and red refrigerant hose hanging out with a yellow refrigerant hose hanging in the center. The character is wearing an all white outfit that is outlined in black, the name "CARL" is on his right chest with blue lettering, he is wearing a gray shirt and a red bow tie that is also outlined in black, his shoes are a dark gray with a black outline and black soles, there is gray shadowing on the character on his hat on left side of face, and on his outfit. Superimposed over the lower half of the character is a red banner which is outlined in black that has "CERTIFIED" in white letterman lettering that is outlined in gray, below the banner is a blue star and then the words "HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING" in blue lettering followed by another blue star. Behind the character on the right side are rays of aqua blue starting darker and fading out to a lighter aqua blue color. On the left side behind his right arm has rays of red starting out darker and fading to a lighter red. The remaining white appearing in the mark is background or transparent area and is not a part of the mark.
