The wording "PRO CONSILIO PRIMAE COLONIAE VIRGINAE" appears in the innermost concentric ring with the wording in black stylized font and each word separated by a black asterisk, hollow gold circles upon a black background appear in the middle ring, and the wording "JAMESTOWNE SOCIETY", "1607", and "1700" appear in the outermost concentric ring with the word "JAMESTOWNE" on the left-hand side of the ring, the word "SOCIETY" on the right-hand side of the ring, the year "1607" at the top of the ring, and the year "1700" at the bottom of the ring, and all of this wording also in black stylized font and each word separated by a black asterisk. At the bottom of the overall oval design is a gold flower outlined in black, and on either side surrounding the lower half of the oval design is a laurel wreath, also gold and outlined in black. The black rectangle upon which the entire design is overlaid is background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
