Mark description

The mark consists of the silhouetted images of two men, overlapping, the one in dark blue in front standing with arms outstretched horizontally and legs straight, and the one in orange behind the one in dark blue, with arms raised at an angle and legs outstretched at an angle. The silhouettes are partially contained within a large, curved orange crescent that forms an incomplete circle with an opening in the lower right quadrant of the image surrounding the figures and a background of light blue dots of differing sizes arranged to suggest a 3-dimensional globe shape. The hands of the dark blue man extend beyond the incomplete circle of orange and the forearms and hands of the orange man extend beyond the incomplete circle of orange. The feet of both men slightly overlap the bottom arc of the bottom part of the orange curve. To the right of the men within the incomplete circle are the words in uppercase letters: "NATIONAL" in orange aligned with the hands of the men, under "NATIONAL" is "BIOSKILLS" in dark blue aligned with the torsos of the men, and under "BIOSKILLS" is "LABORATORIES" orange aligned with the legs of the men. All is on a translucent background.
